These values I chose because these are the qualities I would look for as an employer. These values are what I would focus on whether I was self employed or working for a corporation. I would say that being approachable is most important in my field in Hospitality Management. I need my guests and customers to feel comfortable with me and to easily accept my praise and criticism. Patients important because allowing myself to be frustrated and annoyed will impair my judgment and that is unfair to any staff and all guests. I know that if I master these 10 values listed above, I would be successful not only in my profession of choice, but in any career path.
