Crew and On-Board job positions are separated into two categories. First is the
Ship Crew: onboard guest services such as housekeeping and restaurant related
positions and the Second is the Marine Crew who run the mechanics of the ship.
There are On-Shore career opportunities such as sales/marketing teams, reservations
and technical support as well as Training/Human Resources.

least 2 years proven experience in Training and Development/Human Resources are
a pre requisite. This position requires
a dynamic and energetic personality type, organizational skills to maintain
employee records. Training programs include topics such as health/safety,
diversity, and harassment, so the employee must conduct a strict, personal moral
code both on the clock and off to properly enforce these concepts as the
trainer.

I
would be interested in this position when my kids move out of the house. This
way I can travel the world and utilize my skills in customer service in an

would love to be involved in an internship in this position. It would provide a
rare opportunity to witness first hand the education required to train and
educate performers. However, I would use this internship as leverage in
creating my own private institution and performance consulting agency.
